Liigeste puhastus
Protseduuri päevadel on soovitav taimetoit ja teha igapäevaselt klistiiri -1,5-2 liitrile jahutatud keedetud veele lisada supilusikatäis sidruni mahla (pigistada välja poolikust sidrunist). Valada saadud lahus klistiirikotti ning teha klistiir. Protseduur viia läbi küünarnukk-põlvili asendis. Protseduur teha enne magamaminekut või hommikul k 5-7 paiku, kuidas mugavam.
Puhastuseks läheb vaja:
5gr loorberilehti
300g vett
Loorberilehti keeta vees 5 minutit. Seejärel lasta segul termoses 3-4 tundi tõmmata. See kogus juua lonkshaaval 12 tunni jooksul. Protseduur kestab 3 päeva (igaks päevaks teha uus tõmmis).
Vajadusel võib protseduuri 2-3 nädala pärast korrata. Liigeste puhastamist teha esimesel aastal kord kvartalis, hiljem piisab kord aastas.
Olen ise sellel viisil oma õlaliigestes olnud valust täielikult vabaks saanud, see tõepoolest aitab hästi igasuguste liigesehädade puhul. Tõsisemate liigeseprobleemide puhul pea enne protseduuri tegemist nõu arstiga.
