Oil-Pulling - ajurveeda praktika tervete hammaste ja tervise heaks

Me kõik soovime, et meil oleks ilusad terved hambad, hea suuhügieen ja korras seedimine. Hambad, igemed ja suu on kogu seedesüsteemi alguspunkt. Kui suus on liiga palju toksiine, siis on seda ka kogu seedesüsteemis.

Võibolla oled juba kuulnud sellisest iidsest ajurveeda praktikast nagu Oil-pulling, kuid pole seda veel enda peal proovinud. Eesti keeles võiks see kõlada siis õliga kiskumine. Kõlab kuidagi veidralt? See pole nii hirmus, kui esialgu tundub. Sa võid seda isegi nautima hakata kui märkad ja näed, millist kasu see lihtne protseduur kogu sinu tervisele avaldab.

Olen ise teinud seda protseduuri 2 korda päevas, 20 minutit hommikul ja õhtul ja võin öelda, et see tõesti toimib. Olen seda teinud nüüdseks juba aasta ja suuhügieen on selle ajaga väga palju muutunud - hambad on valgemad, säravamad ja igemed on terved, heleroosat värvi.

Oil-pulling aitab ka seedimise paremini tööle panna ja küllap oled hommikul ärgates märganud, et keel on ööga valgeks läinud - need on toksiinid, mis on ööga suhu tõusnud, Oil-pulling aitab suurepäraselt seda eemaldada. Võid ka märgata, et hommikul on kergem ärgata, seedimine korrastub ja sul on rohkem energiat.

Millist õli kasutada?

Mina alustasin rafineerimata ökoloogiliselt puhta päevalilleõliga ja see on siiamaani minu lemmik kuna on mõnusa maheda päevalilleseemne maitsega. Sobivad ka seesamiõli, kookosõli, linaseemneõli, avokaadoõli jne. Milline õli sulle kõige paremini sobib - testi erinevaid ja märka vahet selles, kuidas üks või teine õli mõjub, kuid loomulikult on oluline järgida ka oma maitse-eelistusi, peaasi et kogu protseduur oleks sulle ikka meeldiv ja sa suudaksid seda järjepidevalt teha.

Kuidas oil-pullingut teha:

1. Võta suhu 1 supilusikatäis õli. Kui see tundub palju siis võid veidi kogust ka vähendada.
2. Hakka õli suus loksutama. Ole kohal ja keskendu. Jälgi, et õli käiks kõikjal sinu suus. Tee seda 15-20 minutit vähemalt esimese nädala. Edasi oleneb sellest, milline on sinu tervis ja suuhügieen, kui on probleeme igemetega (veritsevad, põletikulised) siis võiksid jätkata 2 korda päevas a´20 minutit. Kui aga kõik on korras, siis piisab 10 minutist päevas, et hambaid tugevamaks muuta ja kiskuda nendest välja parkaineid (kohvi, punane vein, punapeet jne.)
3. Sülita õli alati tualetipotti - see peaks olema piimja, vesise kontsistentsiga. Kui see on selline, siis järelikult tegid seda piisavalt kaua ja protseduur on korda läinud. Kui su suu tundub pärast välja sülitamist õline või õli oli selge, siis kestis protseduur liiga vähe aega.
4. Loputa suud sooja, kergelt soolase veega ja pese hambaid oma tavalise hambapastaga.

Tähtsad asjad, mida meeles pidada:

- Kasuta alati külmpressitud, rafineerimata, ökoloogiliselt puhast õli.
- Tee oil-pullingut alati tühja kõhuga, hommikul kõige esimese asjana kui sa ärkad.
- Ära kunagi neela seda õli, sest õli tõmbab endasse mürkaineid ja see on mürgine!
- Aeg-ajalt muuda õli mida kasutad - igas õlis on erinevad kasulikud ained, nii saad sellest protseduurist maksimaalselt kasu.
- Võimalusel proovi istuda rahulikult ja mediteeri, kuni õli suus loksutad.

Proovi järele, see pole üldse raske. Väga taskukohane ja äärmiselt kasulik meetod, et aidata nii oma suuhügieenil paraneda, kui ka kehal puhastuda.
